Project:
Oxford Science Park
Designed
by Ian Richie Architects this installation at The Oxford Science
Park has utilised Potter and Soar's Niagara pattern metal
fabric to create a sun screen.
The
construction of this particular material means that the
screen allows differing amounts of sunlight to pass through
the mesh depending on the angle of the sun.
The
aesthetic qualities of this type of metal belt coupled with
its durability make it an ideal solution for many other
applications including decorative curtains, wall cladding
and suspended ceilings.
